Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Format

  • Font: 14 Times New Roman throughout
  • Margins: "Moderate" inch on all sides
  • Spacing: Single spaced
  • Page numbers: Right side in footer
  • Length: 8000-10000 words (including abstract)
  • Title: Maximum 12 words, capitalized initial letters
  • Abstract: Maximum 150 words (no citations)
  • Keywords: 5-8 keywords
  • Each paragraph should contain 8-10 sentences
  • No spaces between paragraphs, headings and paragraphs

Article Structure (IMRAD)

  • I. Introduction
  • II. Materials and methods
  • III. Results
  • IV. Discussion
  • Conclusions (mandatory)

* Subsections should be numbered I, II, III (then A, B, C), 1, 2, 3. Not allowed to go for 4th sub heading; if necessary use bullet points within third heading.

Additional Requirements

  • Submission fee: Free of charge
  • Participation mode: In-person only (online participation not available)
  • Presentation duration: 40 minutes
  • Article must be original with no plagiarism
  • Manuscript must be in clear and concise English
  • The organizing committee will assist with entrance documents
